Our flow classes at a softer, slower pace, holding poses a bit longer to give enough time exploring them and finding the right alignment. The slow speed helps to get your mind synced with the body leaving you feel well stretched, peaceful and calm.
Slow paced, deep stretching candlelight yoga class practiced with relaxing beats at comfortable 32°C. The postures are held longer than usual, between 2-6 minutes, in order to target our connective tissues. A treat for the body & soul.
